Your AGM (strictly members only) will take place at Camel Valley Vineyard. The committee has decided to combine the AGM with a ‘Bring a Dish Supper’.

Should you wish to serve on the committee, or nominate somebody else, or make a nomination for Leader, Deputy Leader, Treasurer or Secretary then please print this page and complete the slip below, returning it to the above address. Current Committee members will be deemed to be prepared to continue, if approved at the AGM, unless they advise otherwise.

In addition, the Leader should receive motions or resolutions for consideration at the AGM in writing by the 8 April.
