Sampler platter with mozzarella, proscuitto, smoked trout, kalamata
olives and duck confit
(mozzarella and proscuitto direct from Italy, smoked trout from Bake
Lake near Looe, Kalamata olives from a friend’s olive grove in Greece,
duck confit made in house with ducks legs from Merryfield Farm, Devon,
and cured in Italian rock salt direct from the Salone, Turin, Italy)
Main course…..
Slow roast pork belly with assorted beans, (fagiolina del trasimeno,
tolosa, fagiolo bianco di pigna) and braised red cabbage
(Pork belly from Madron meats Penzance, beans direct from Salone in
Turin, Italy, all other vegetables used including red cabbage from
Moores of Looe)
Dessert…..
Sampler platter with chocolate tart, caramelized oranges and mascarpone
–orange ice cream, mini cornetto with grand marnier green peppercorn ice
cream (all made in house, ice cream by Treleavens of Looe)
